Vancouver, British Columbia – Jani-King of Vancouver is thrilled to have supported the 3rd annual North Shore Waterfront Gala in support of the North Shore Neighborhood House and the Learning Disabilities Association (North Shore).
The North Shore Neighborhood House offers many services to the community, including but not limited to childcare, senior programs, youth support, and wellness programs for all. Needless to say, programs like these go a long way in building a strong and healthy community.
The Learning Disabilities Association of Vancouver is a non-profit with a mission to empower every child and adolescent in Vancouver with a Learning Disability to achieve life-long success and happiness. With individualized professional and educational support offered to create independence for children with disabilities going through the school system.
This year’s gala reached its highest fundraising yet with a total of $210,628.00 gifted by the generous donors, sponsors and guests. This money will be split between the two organizations and will go a long way in helping them to be effective in their community missions.
