Winnipeg, Manitoba- Ongoing training and support for Franchisees is key to the longstanding success of the Jani-King system. Hosting a Franchise Development Day is one of the best ways a Region can provide Franchisees with access to that kind of support. This year, Jani-King of Manitoba hosted their first Franchisee Day in 5 years at the beautiful St. Boniface Golf & Country Club.
Bill Cole (Regional Director), Karl Falk (Vice President), and the entire Manitoba team invited Franchisees to join them for an afternoon of learning, networking, and celebration. Representatives from Wood Wyant, Pro Team, and Rubbermaid were also set up at the venue to share the latest industry products.
In attendance at this year’s event was Wenda Westendorp, Director of System Development at Jani-King Canada. Wenda, brought greetings on behalf of Jani-King Canada and congratulated the Manitoba team for achieving full compliance on their recently completed Regional Office Field Audit Report. She gave updates about some of the activities the National Office is working on in support of the Regional Offices and Franchisees. Wenda encouraged Franchisees to participate in this year’s Brand Contest and to make use of the Franchisee Portal.
