Cleofe’s story begins with her desire to own a family operated business. Migrating from the Philippines in 2000 with her husband and three children, life in Canada wasn’t easy. After giving birth to her fourth child, Cleofe went to work as a Linen Services Aide.
Looking for more stability, she made the decision to go back to school. In 2005, Cleofe graduated as a Sterile Processing Technician from Red River College. After many years of fulltime work, she was still feeling unfulfilled in her career. Searching for a cleaning business she could operate on her own terms, she found Jani-King.
“I wanted to be in a stable and structured business body- working with a company that cares not just for the clients, but for their Franchisees as well. I’m in my sixth year operating my Franchise with my husband and kids. Maintaining customer relationships and working with the Manitoba Regional Office team helps my business be successful.
