Jani-King of Manitoba recently brought Franchise Owners together for a Franchisee Appreciation Day at the Winnipeg Goldeyes baseball stadium, where they are the Official Cleaning Company. This created an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and enjoy some well-deserved time together.
Even though the Goldeyes lost 5-4, the day was filled with plenty of sunshine, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere, the event gave Franchise Owners a chance to connect with one another outside of work. For some, it was also the first opportunity to meet fellow Franchise Owners from across the Region, making the day about more than just having fun. It was a chance to build new relationships and strengthen the sense of community within Jani-King that has been present for 35 years now.
Throughout the event, attendees also had the opportunity to participate in prize draws, with Jani-King merchandise and a Wood Wyant gift card among the prizes up for grabs.
The evening wrapped up with a fireworks display, providing a memorable finish to a day dedicated to recognizing and appreciating the Franchise Owners who contribute to the success of the Region.
Franchisee Appreciation Day is an important reminder that strong businesses are built on strong relationships. Bringing Franchise Owners together provides an opportunity to celebrate their hard work, create new connections, and simply enjoy being part of the Jani-King community.
