Jani-King Manitoba Hosts Hands-On Encapsulation Training with Wood Wyant and TASKI

Jani-King Manitoba recently hosted a successful joint training day with Wood Wyant and TASKI, bringing together 21 Franchise Owners for a hands-on learning experience focused on carpet care and encapsulation cleaning methods.

The session gave participants the opportunity to learn more about encapsulation cleaning, a low-moisture carpet cleaning method that uses specialized cleaning solutions to surround and capture soil and residue within carpet fibres. As the solution dries, the soil is crystallized and can then be removed through routine vacuuming. Because the process uses less moisture than some traditional carpet cleaning methods, it can also help reduce drying time and minimize disruption in busy commercial environments.

Throughout the training, Franchise Owners were able to see the process in action, ask questions and gain a better understanding of where encapsulation methods can be used effectively. The hands-on format gave participants practical knowledge they can take back to their businesses and apply when evaluating carpet care needs for their customers.

Training opportunities like this are an important part of continuing to build knowledge and expertise across the Jani-King system. They also give Franchise Owners a chance to stay current with new techniques, equipment and approaches that can help support consistent, professional service.

The event was a great success, with strong participation and engagement throughout the day. Thank you to Wood Wyant and TASKI for sharing their expertise, and to all 21 Franchise Owners who took part in the training.
