For two decades, mother-daughter duo Mira and Dobrawka Siemiatkowska have been successful Franchise Owners in Southern British Columbia. Since starting with Jani-King in 2004, they have grown their commercial cleaning franchise into a thriving business. As Mira and her husband Jacek step into retirement, the torch is passed to Dobrawka, who is set to continue the legacy.
For Mira, the decision to retire was bittersweet. “It’s hard to step away from something that has been such a big part of my life,” she admits. “But I know Dobrawka is more than capable. She has grown so much over the years, and I am so proud of the businesswoman she has become. I’m grateful for my time with Jani-King and the support we received from the Regional Office.”
Mira’s retirement marks the end of an era, but also the beginning of a new chapter for Dobrawka. With 20 years of experience, Dobrawka is ready to take the business to new heights.
