Oscar initially joined Jani-King of Ottawa in 1989 as franchisee #2. With over 30 years of dedication, Oscar has helped grow the Ottawa region from its very beginning to where we are today. He eventually moved from franchise ownership into the regional office, and served as Director of Operations for years before taking over as our franchisee relations advisor. With many years’ experience as both a franchisee and a regional office employee, Oscar perfectly bridges the gap between the two groups and ensures a healthy, working partnership. Most recently, Oscar’s son also purchased a franchise license, ensuring the family legacy in the business continues.
