When we look around our community we see all the commercial properties that make up the skyline, but what we don’t see are those behind the scenes maintaining the those beautiful buildings that house everything from actual housing to commercial office space and more.
BOMA (Business Owners and Managers Association) of New Brunswick/PEI is one of the organizations helping to bring together professionals in the property management industry to learn more about current trends, challenges and solutions. Jani-King was recently invited to sponsor an after-hours networking event with Commercial Properties Limited hosted by BOMA NB/PEI. The event, hosted in CenterBeam Place lobby, saw attendees from the community joining together to socialize and enjoy some delicious local food from East Coast Bistro & Second Cup and take in local art from Handworks Gallery.
