For the last 18 years the Kent Great Big Dig has been one of the region’s most anticipated and exciting fundraising evenings raising over $4 million for the IWK. This year’s event promises to carry on the tradition in the form of an online digital match.
“While this year’s fundraiser looks a bit different, supporting the IWK is as important as ever,” says Ed McNamara, President of Jani-King of Nova Scotia. “As a silver sponsor of the event we will be matching all donations up to $5,500.”
The IWK Health Centre, located in Halifax, provides quality care to women, children, youth and families. In addition to providing care, the IWK is also engaged in leading-edge research.
