We are very excited to welcome Bharat Rattan to the Jani-King of Eastern Ontario team. In his new position as Operations Manager, Bharat provides leadership and support to Franchise Owners. He also plays a large role in recruiting new franchisees, and ensures key processes are in place through inspections and audits.
Bharat joins the team with over 20 years of corporate experience in team management, sales, business development and relationship management – skills that will serve him well in his new role.
Originally from India, Bharat moved to Canada with his family in 2019. Before joining the Jani-King team, Bharat worked in sales and was awarded for achieving the highest business growth in his region.
