After the success of our recent Franchisee Appreciation Barbecue, the Ottawa regional office team kept the momentum going with a well-deserved staff appreciation event of their own. Taking full advantage of another beautiful Friday afternoon — and an extended grill rental — the team combined some hard work with good food and great company by organizing a staff car wash and BBQ lunch.
With the spirit of teamwork in full swing, our dedicated regional support team put aside their regular tools and brought out the pressure washers, steamers, vacuums, and detailing supplies. What followed was a full day of vehicle pampering. From Jani-King’s fleet to staff’s personal vehicles, each car received the royal treatment: steam cleaning, upholstery detailing, full exterior washing and waxing, thorough vacuuming, mat extraction, and sparkling windows. Even the wheels got an extra shine!
The event wasn’t just about clean cars — it was also about celebrating our hardworking team. Once the vehicles were spotless, it was time to fire up the grill. The team enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring smoked ribs, classic burgers, grilled sausages, and homemade bruschetta. It was the perfect way to unwind, reconnect, and show appreciation for everyone’s efforts.
