April 11, 17 – Jani-King of Southern British Columbia would like to give a big hand to The Kamloops Blazers, who made it to game 6 in the playoffs in a best-of-seven. Making it to the playoffs is something to be truly proud of.
Servicing the Sandman Centre, Jani-King has become involved and looks forward to cheering on The Blazers each year. This is particularly true for franchisee Balbir Bubal who has been servicing the centre since 1997 – that’s 20 years! When she moved to Canada from India she knew nothing of the sport of hockey, but has since become a fan because of the wonderful athletes and management team at the Sandman Centre.
Though they are not bringing home the gold, Jani-King feels it is the end to another successful season. The team played well, and even saw its very own Dylan Ferguson ranked 8th among North American goaltenders in NHL Central Scouting’s final rankings.
It is certain that Balbir along with the entire Jani-King of Kelowna and Kamloops team will be eagerly waiting for next years season to come around, but in the mean time hope the players take some time to enjoy the summer.
Congratulations on another Successful season!
