I just wanted to take the time to commend the Building B team, lead by Mo.
Today JLL received high praises from some very important people, and a large factor in us receiving that praise is how well Mo and his team have not only done their jobs, but gone above and beyond on a day-to-day basis.
Building B has many challenges that Mo and his team must navigate. However, they are always willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the client happy, and do it with a smile on their faces. Mo personally comes and checks in on a regular basis to ensure we are satisfied with everything.
Mo and his team saved the day when last minute weekend work was needed when another vendor destroyed our floors. The team ensured that the floor looked like brand new, and the client never knew the damage ever even happened. This is just one example of the level of service we have grown accustomed to in Building B, and we appreciate it greatly.
Everyday we see how hard working the team is, and that they take pride in their work. The bar was already high, but they raised it even further this year.
