Having spent part of my early career as a janitor, I know all too well that it is, at most times, a thankless job where perfection can rarely be achieved. Someone can always finds something else you could/should have done. Jani-King Franchise Owner, Kim and her team are not deterred. They always push for the best job possible. Kim does routine inspections and consistently asks if there are areas we would like to see improvement. She has attention to detail and expects her team to deliver the same.
