Cobourg, Ontario- As the holiday season approaches, we start to think more about how we can give back to those who have made an impact in our lives. In Franchise Owner Valery Philip’s case, she wanted to do something special to show her appreciation for a Cobourg based condo company.
Building trust and establishing a connection with new clients can be a challenge, that’s why Valery decided to host a Christmas Coffee Hour. The festive event gave residents an opportunity to get to know the people cleaning their facility while enjoying homemade treats.
Valery says, “Residents were pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of the gesture. They were so touched that I took the time to make the baked goods and create a cheese tray for them. We had so much fun meeting everyone and look forward to seeing you in the New Year!”
