“We are not an every night or every week clean – the games are 7 days on and 7 days off as an example, or sometimes 10 days in a row and 10 days off, and it’s an overnight clean because we need to be using the facility again the next morning.
You’re coming in after 5000 – 7000 people have essentially punished the structure. The cleaning job is intense, so the variables, frequency, and overnights make it a tough gig to follow, and then you need to bring over all the staff and suddenly take 7 days off. And then get that staff back to do another 6,7,10 days in a row depending on how the schedule aligns.”
