Jani-King of Eastern Ontario marked an important milestone on November 7th as Franchise Owners, supplier partners, and staff gathered in Kingston for the Region’s annual Franchise Development Day—made extra special by the celebration of the Region’s 20th anniversary.
The event brought together nearly every Franchise Owner in the territory, creating an atmosphere of energy, pride, and strong community connection. Throughout the day, attendees heard updates from the Eastern Ontario Regional Office, including insights from both the Operations and Marketing teams, as well as a national update from Jani-King Canada. Long-standing supply partners were also on hand to showcase new technologies, present product innovations, and answer questions to help Franchise Owners grow and improve their businesses.
To keep the day lively, prizes were awarded throughout the event, and everyone enjoyed a catered lunch before participating in an interactive—and very competitive—game of trivia. The friendly rivalry added plenty of laughs and tested everyone’s knowledge of Jani-King’s processes and best practices.
Reflecting on the milestone and the success of the event, Jerry Silveira, Regional Director of Jani-King of Eastern Ontario, shared:

With two decades of success behind them, the team is looking ahead with confidence—and excitement for what comes next.
