Yesterday, franchising leaders from across Canada gathered on Parliament Hill as part of the 2026 CFA National Convention for Franchise Awareness Day.
Representing Jani-King, Nathan Oxford and Tom Lien were on the ground engaging directly with Members of Parliament, Senators, and staff. These conversations focused on the role franchising plays in Canada’s economy and the importance of ensuring policies support long-term, sustainable growth.
Franchising in Canada supports nearly 2 million jobs, but more importantly, those jobs are created by local business owners. Across the Jani-King system, that same reality plays out every day, Franchise Owners building and growing their own businesses within their communities.
