Moving to Canada from Eritrea ten years ago, Daniel Solomon started like most of us – working nine to five trying to support his family. After a few successful years as a Jani-King employee, Daniel decided it was time to step up to the plate and buy his own franchise. That was four years ago and he couldn’t be happier!

Now able to comfortably support a full and active lifestyle for himself and his family, Daniel goes into further detail about his rise to success.
With a busy cleaning business, Daniel has nine staff that are just as dedicated to his Jani-King franchise. Leading by example, he allows his staff to take full ownership of accounts and clients. Stepping aside from the “boss” role and fully embracing the “leadership” role allows this Jani-King team to work as a cohesive team.
Daniel states, “The staff takes care of the accounts like they are their own babies. They don’t just work to make their hours.”
There is no janitorial job too big or too small for this team. They tackle each project head-on with professionalism and integrity.
Daniel has accomplished so much during his rise that the future promises to be bright! Over the last four years, Daniel has witnessed the trials and tribulations of owning a business.
