
Jani‑King is proud to announce that we have once again been named as a recipient of the Franchisees’ Choice Designation by the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA)—our 7th consecutive year receiving this prestigious honour.
The Franchisees’ Choice Designation is awarded to CFA member franchise brands who voluntarily participate in an independently administered survey of their franchisees. Participants are asked to rate their franchisor across key areas of the franchise business model, including the franchisee selection process, leadership, training and support, marketing, operational support, and the overall franchisor–franchisee relationship.
This designation reflects more than performance metrics—it’s a clear and credible vote of confidence from the most important voices in our network: our Franchise Owners.
In the due diligence process of exploring franchise opportunities, the CFA strongly encourages prospective franchisees to speak directly with existing owners. The Franchisees’ Choice Designation provides an added layer of trust, indicating that the brand has earned strong satisfaction scores from its franchise network. In a competitive marketplace, this recognition helps identify franchise systems that exemplify excellence, transparency, and genuine partnership.
This year’s award was presented during the 2025 CFA National Convention, held April 5–7 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, where franchise leaders from across the country gathered to learn, collaborate, and celebrate achievements across the industry.
