Ongoing training and support are pillars of the Jani-King system. Each year we bring our entire team together to talk about the trends facing the commercial cleaning industry, review new technology and equipment, and network with local suppliers and our own team of independent business owners.
“ Our Franchise partners are busy running their businesses so we dedicate one day a year where we all get together to discuss everything from the Support programs available at our Regional Office to new products and services available from our suppliers,” says Thomas Daigle, Regional Director for Jani-King in Edmonton. “It’s a great opportunity for us to work on our businesses, not just in them.”
This year, franchise owners had the chance to talk one-on-one with supply partners and vendors from 3M, Wood Wyant and ProTeam. Everyone had a chance to demo new products and see new equipment and tools in action.
