Ottawa, Ontario- Jani-King of Ottawa was thrilled to attend and sponsor a hole at the 4th Annual Tunis Shriners Masonic Golf Tournament on August 27th. The event, held at the Canadian Golf & Country Club, gave people an opportunity to raise money for a great organization while playing a round of golf. Highlights of the event included special golf challenges, silent and live auctions, and a dinner.
The Jani-King hole proved to be especially lucky for one of the Ottawa team members. Rob Thompson, Director of Marketing and Business Development hit a hole-in-one! The impressive shot traveled 158 yards. Congrats Rob!
The Tunis Shriners No. 179 have been devoted to benevolence and charity for over 40 years. Their main focus is helping children who require assistance. Proceeds from the golf tournament will go towards supporting Masonic Charities, Local Charities, and Tunis Shriners activities.
